Lange, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />Doug Nickles, Director <br />DATE: June 2, 2022 GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />TO: Board of Directors <br />FROM: Jim Fried , General M anag� r <br />SUBJECT: PL�� r Hearing to Consi option of Resolution No. 060222—A Approving <br />Engineer's Report, Confirming Diagram and Assessment, and Ordering Levy <br />of Assessment for Fiscal Year 2022-23 (Districtwide Assessment AD 62-1) <br />RECOMMENDATOA <br />Adopt Resolution No. 060222-A approving the Engineer's Report, Confirming the Diagram and <br />Assessment and Ordering the Levy of Assessment for the Districtwide Park Maintenance and <br />Recreation Improvement District (AD 62-1). <br />DISCUSSiOM <br />On May 5, 2022, the Board of Directors directed the preparation of the annual Engineer's Report <br />for the Districtwide Assessment (62-1), preliminarily approved the Engineer's Report and set the <br />date, time and place for this Public Hearing to consider final approval of the Engineer's Report, <br />confirm the d iag rale and assessment, and order the levy of assessment for the fiscal year 2022 - <br />2023. The Notice of PubI c Gearing was published in the Thousand Oaks Acorn on Friday, May <br />201 2022. Additional public notification of the District budgetary process was advertised in the <br />District's Summer Brochure. <br />The attached resolution confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report for the DistricNr gide <br />Park Maintenance and Recreation Improvement District (AD 62-1) (available online at <br />www.crpd.orq/62-1ER2022) and confirms the levies contained therein.
