Lange, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />Doug Nickles, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />Approve revised job specifications for Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, Grounds Supervisor, <br />and Projects/Contracts Supervisor. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Since the retirement of the Projects/Contracts Supervisor in September 2021, staff evaluated the <br />job specification and recommends adjustments that better reflect the work required and <br />qualifications necessary to perform the duties. Additionally, for consistency, similar adjustments <br />to the necessary qualifications are recommended for the Facilities Maintenance and Grounds <br />Supervisor positions. <br />Attached are the red line/strikethrough and final proposed versions of each job title and <br />specification. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />Meets 2022 Strategic Plan Goal 6.1 Perform regular updates to District job descriptions.
