CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS SPECIAL MEETING <br />January 6, 2022 <br />4:00 PM <br />CAMERON CENTER <br />M I N UT E S <br />Cusworth called the meeting to order at 4:00pm and Nickles led the flag salute. <br />Directors Present: Cusworth, Huffer, Lange and Nickles <br />Directors Absent: Holt <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis, Hare and Smith, <br />and Executive Assistant Reynders, <br />Mark Jones, Newbury Park, expressed his objections to 50 -foot light poles at Rancho <br />Potrero Equestrian Center. <br />(Holt arrived 4:03pm) <br />David Hettwer, Newbury Park, expressed his objections to 50 -foot light poles at <br />Rancho Potrero Equestrian Center. <br />John Fonti, Newbury Park, expressed his objections to 50 -foot light poles at Rancho <br />Potrero Equestrian Center. <br />Francesca Puccio, Thousand Oaks, expressed appreciation for potential relocation <br />of the COSCA Ranger offices to the Cameron Center. <br />It was moved • • seconded • • and carried 5-0 to approve the <br />2genda as amended; "Capital Projects Status Update" will be the first subject <br />discussed under Item 5. <br />Board Retreat / Brainstorming and Goal Setting <br />
