Holt, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />DATE: December 16, 2021 <br />TO Board of Directors <br />FROM: Jim Friedl, General Mana r <br />SUJECT: CONFIRMATION OF BOARD APPOINTMENTS AND ASSIGNMENTS <br />RECOMMENDATDON <br />Confirm, modify, add or delete committee assignments as appropriate. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Board appointments and assignments are reviewed by the Board annually at a CRPD Board <br />meeting, although the majority of the Board may amend the appointments and assignments at <br />any time. <br />Under the category "Fixe® Term Appointments" CRPD has Directors on the Conejo Open Space <br />and Conservation Agency (COSCA). The agreement creating the Conejo Open Space <br />Conservation Agency (COSCA) provides that members of the COSCA Board serve 4 -year terms <br />at the pleasure of their appointing body and until their respective successors are appointed and <br />qualified.
