The attached 2022 CVD Agreement and Permit Conditions (Exhibit 2) is substantially similar to the previous <br />years' agreement. Highlights from the 2022 CVD Agreement and Permit Conditions include: <br />• Exclusive use of Conejo Creek Park South from Monday, June 13, 2022 to 10:00 p.m. Tuesday, June <br />28, 2022, <br />o As the fields are down for refurbishment, the entire event will be held in the parking lot. <br />• CVD payment to District of $12,560, <br />o $785 per day at Conejo Creek South (16 days) <br />CVD shall pay the DISTRICT an additional $785 for each day, or fraction thereof, beyond 10:00 <br />p.m. on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, that the premises have not been restored to as good a condition <br />as when received by CVD, <br />Pre- and post -event financial reporting for participating non -profits. <br />Staff recommends executing the 2022 CVD Agreement as the community derives a benefit from this well- <br />run and organized event. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />Meets 2021 Strategic flan Goal 4.6: Build, maintain and support relationships with local organizations <br />engaged in activities consistent with the District's mission.
