LOCATION PROJECT TITLE DESCRIPTION ESTIMATED COSTS Teen Center and Facility Facility Renovations at Alex Fiore Teen Center and $113003000 Goebel Adult Renovations Goebel Adult Community Center. Community Center Necessary interior renovations to restrooms, kitchen and various rooms, and exterior renovations to outdoor recreational amenities to keep the facilities in acceptable conditions and to preserve and extend the useful lives of the facilities. Various Play Area Play Area Renovation projects at Newbury Gateway $210007000 Renovations Park, Dos Vientos Community Park, Conejo Creek North Park, Suburbia Neighborhood Park, Sycamore Neighborhood Park, Russell Neighborhood Park, Wildflower Playfield, and Banyan Neighborhood Park. All locations include necessary renovations to play areas to keep the structures in acceptable conditions and to preserve and extend the useful lives of the play areas Additional deferred maintenance work at all locations include ancillary amenities such as hardscape, benches, picnic tables, landscaping, and irrigation. STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE Meets 2021 Strategic Plan Goal 1.6.2 Pursue grants when appropriate, balancing labor cost and uncertainty of success against the value and duration of the grant. Meets 2021 Strategic Plan Goal 2.3 Maintain the 10 -year Capital Improvement Plan. Regularly update the 10 -year Capital Improvement Plan to prioritize projects and effectively plan and allocate future resources. As capital f un6ng allows, execute, implement, and develop projects each year in accordance with the Ilan.
