Holt, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />The Conejo Recreation and Park District has received payment in the amount of $150.00, <br />satisfying City of Thousand Oaks Ordinance No. 376 -NS Park Dedication requirements. <br />The Thousand Oaks City Council approved the enactment of SB -13, waiving impact fees <br />associated with the development of accessory dwelling units (ADUs) under 750 -SF. This <br />proposed ADU is 815 -SF and eligible for a fee reduction.
