CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Nickles called the meeting to order at 6:01 pm and Hare led the flag salute. <br />Directors Present: Cusworth, Holt, Huffer, Lange, Nickles <br />Directors Absent: <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis, Hare and Smith, <br />Executive Assistant Reynders, and IT Assistant Bermudez <br />3. Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $2,264,764.90 <br />Payroll $448,200.00 <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Huffer, and carried 5-0 to approve the <br />Consent Calendar as presented. <br />7.
