The tax rate areas assigned to the Conejo Recreation and <br />Park District were assembled to quantify the area as identified by the State Board of Equalization <br />which assigns the tax rate areas and Ventura County Assessor and Auditor which use those <br />assignments for the annual value certification and the revenue calculated to be returned to the <br />District. The same exercise was performed for the Conejo Valley Unified School District to <br />develop the comparative database. <br />When the 2 areas were compared, there were 3 analyses prepared: <br />o Parcel found in BOTH Conejo Valley USD and Conejo Recreation and Park District <br />(Attachment A) <br />40120 S.
