Budget Adjustments for Fiscal Y ars (FY) 2020-21 & 2021-22 <br />RECOMMENDATON <br />1. Approve proposed FY 2020-21 Budget Adjustments (Exhibit A) <br />2. Approve proposed FY 2021-22 Budget Adjustments (Exhibit B) <br />A review of the FY 2020-21 year end close and the FY 2021-22 budgets have been completed. The <br />following adjustments are recommended for the reasons noted. <br />Fiscal Year 2020-21 <br />General Fund <br />Recognize additional Property Tax revenues in the amount of $385,000, from $15,700,000 to $16,085,000. <br />increase appropriations for the following: <br />• Building Lease in Aquatics by $8,000 from $32,400 to $40,400 for increase costs due to change in <br />agreement terms for use of the pool. <br />• Special Activities in Conejo Senior Volunteer Program by $16,000 from $70,000 to $86,000, for <br />increased costs related to COVI D-19.* <br />• Contract Part Time in Grounds Maintenance by $34,000 from $95,940 to $129,940, for increased <br />costs related to COVID-19.* <br />• Grounds Maintenance in Grounds Maintenance by $144,000 from $204,000 to $348,000, for <br />increased costs related to COVI D-19.* <br />• Water - Utilities in Grounds Maintenance by $183,000, from $796,500 to $979,500, for increased <br />costs due to extended refurbishment periods during COVID-19 restrictions and a dry season. <br />*indicates expenses that may be reimbursed in the future. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES <br />403 West Hillcrest Drive, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360-4223 <br />805-495-6471 1 Fax: 805-497-3199 1 parks@crpd.org I www.crpd.org <br />
