Holt, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />DATE: <br />TO: <br />FROM: <br />SUBJECT: <br />August 26, 2021 <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />Board of Directors <br />Jim Friedl, General Manag� <br />Annual Master Plan Update a lipital Improvement Program Projects Status <br />Report for Fiscal Year 2020-21 <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve annual update to June 2011 Master Plan. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Capital Improvement Program Projects <br />In Fiscal Year 2020-2021, the Board approved 33 projects; as of July 1, 2021: <br />• Twenty (20) are completed. <br />• Nine (9) are in progress and will be carried over to Fiscal Year 2021-2022. <br />• Four (4) will not be done. <br />• A total of $2,192,432 was expended for capital projects. <br />An Annual Master Plan Update (attached) with a spreadsheet titled "FINAL - 2020/2021 CAPITAL <br />PROJECTS "will be kept with the June 2011 Master Plan; the Master Plan will be comprehensively <br />reviewed and updated, as needed, to better reflect the community as it changes and matures. <br />The entire June 2011 Master Plan is located at: <br />www.crpd.org12011 MasterPlan <br />The attached spreadsheet details each project, including information regarding the project <br />manager, location, description, budget, year-to-date expenditures, balance, percent expended <br />(financial information as of 7/1/21), and comments (as of 7/1/21).
