Holt, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />Re: Proposed ADU at 1408 Kingsboro Court, Westlake Village (APN 690-0-230-065) <br />Dear Ms. Horwitz, <br />The Conejo Recreation and Park District has received payment from Trisha Telford in the amount <br />of $349.00 for the purpose of satisfying City of Thousand Oaks Ordinance No. 376 -NS Park <br />Dedication requirements. <br />The Thousand Oaks City Council approved enactment of SB -13, waiving impact fees associated <br />with development of accessory dwelling units (ADUs) under 750 -SF. This proposed ADU is 815 - <br />SF and, as such, eligible for a fee reduction.
