Holt, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />The Conejo Recreation and Park District has received payment from Mike Chou in the amount of <br />$191.00 for the purpose of satisfying City of Thousand Oaks Ordinance No. 376 -NS Park <br />Dedication requirements. <br />City Council approved enactment of SB -13, waiving impact fees associated with development of <br />accessory dwelling units (ADUs) under 750 -SF. The proposed ADU at 1434 Equestrian Avenue <br />in the City of Thousand Oaks is 800 -SF, and as such, eligible for a fee reduction.
