The Commencement Date of the Lease is November 25, 2013. The <br />Lease provides for the lease by Landlord to Tenant of the Premises for an initial term of Seven (7) with <br />Four (4) renewal option(s) of an additional Five (5) years each, and further provides: <br />1. Landlord will attom to any mortgagee of Tenant and will subordinate any Landlord's lien <br />to the liens of Tenant's mortgagees. <br />
