Holt, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />DATE: June 3, 2021 GENERAL MANAGER EMEROTUS <br />Tex Ward <br />TO: Board of Directors <br />FROM: Jim Friedl, General Mana r <br />SUBJECT: Public Hearing to Consider doption of Resolution No. 060321—A Approving <br />Engineer's Report, Confirming Diagram and Assessment, and Ordering Levy <br />of Assessment for Fiscal Year 2021-22 (Districtwide Assessment AD 62-1) <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Adopt Resolution No. 060321-A approving the Engineer's Report, Confirming the Diagram and <br />Assessment and Ordering the Levy of Assessment for the Districtwide Park Maintenance and <br />Recreation Improvement District (AD 62-1). <br />DISCUSSION <br />On May 6, 2021, the Board of Directors directed the preparation of the annual Engineer's Report <br />for the Districtwide Assessment (62-1), preliminarily approved the Engineer's Report and set the <br />date, time and place for this Public Hearing to consider final approval of the Engineer's Report, <br />confirm the diagram and assessment, and order the levy of assessment for the fiscal year 2021 - <br />2022. The Notice of Public Hearing was published in the Ventura County Star on Thursday, May <br />201 2021. Additional public notification of the District budgetary process was advertised in the <br />District's Summer Brochure. <br />The attached resolution confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report for the Districtwide <br />Park Maintenance and Recreation Improvement District (AD 62-1) (available on6ine at <br />www.crpd.org/62-1ER2021) and confirms the levies contained therein.
