Fiscal Years 2023-24 Through Fiscal Years 2030-31 (and Beyond) As stated previously, the proposed TEN-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN includes requests from District employees and residents. Staff has prioritized the projects in utilizing estimated fund balances for the various funding sources at the beginning of each Fiscal Year, the volume of projects, and current staffing levels. The balance of the proposed TEN-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN, Fiscal Year 2023-24 through Fiscal Year 2030-31 (and beyond), is for information only and planning purposes. During the next budget process for Fiscal Years 2023-24 and 2024-25, staff will re-evaluate all the current proposed projects, and add, delete, and modify as necessary, reprioritize the projects, utilize estimated fund balances, and develop an updated TEN-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN to present to the Board.
