RESOLUTION NO. 050621-D <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />OF THE CONEJO RECREATION & PARK DISTRICT <br />ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE PER DISTRICT ORDINANCE <br />WHEREAS, the Conejo Recreation & Park District is duly organized and existing under <br />the provision of Section 5700 st. seq., of the Public Resources Code of the State of California, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Conejo Recreation & Park District Board of Directors has adopted an <br />ordinance manual setting policies regarding the operation of the District, and <br />WHEREAS, Article V of the District Ordinance Manual establishes the right of the Board <br />of Directors to set certain fees, deposits, and refund amounts. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Conejo <br />Recreation & Park District does hereby adopt the fees, deposits, and refund amounts detailed in <br />the Attachments and to remain in effect until changed by said Board of Directors. <br />Passed this 6th day of May 2021 by the following vote: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />Doug Nickles <br />Chair <br />Jim Friedl, General Manager <br />and Secretary of the Board of Directors <br />Aline Reynders <br />Executive Assistant <br />
