RESOLUTION NUMBER 080201-A <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />OF THE CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />ADOPTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2001-2002 FINAL <br />BUDGET FOR THE DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, Conejo Recreation and Park District is duly organized and existing under the <br />provisions of Section 5700 et seq., of the Public Resources Code of the State of California, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Section 5784 of the Public Resources Code stipulates that after the budget <br />hearing the District shall adopt a final budget. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Conejo Recreation and Park District <br />does hereby adopt the 2001-2002 Fiscal Year budget as presented in Exhibits A to E, <br />including all policy items addressed in the budget cover letter. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Secretary to the Board of Directors of the Conejo <br />Recreation and Park District shall certify copies of the Resolution and forward them to the <br />Board of Supervisors, County of Ventura, California, for the purpose of communicating this <br />Resolution of the Board. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of , 2001 <br />Tex Ward, General Manager and <br />Secretary to the Board of Directors <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ATTEST <br />Shirley Ohren <br />Executive Secretary <br />B-adopVres7-01 <br />
