The purpose of this supplemental is to provide updated Recommendations to item 9A of <br />the April 15, 2021 Conejo Recreation and Park District Board meeting: <br />1. Authorize the General Manager to enter into a release agreement with G2K <br />Construction, Inc., that is in substantial compliance with the attached document. <br />2. Determine that, based on its bid withdrawal and release agreement, the G2K <br />Construction, Inc. bid is non-responsive. <br />3. Determine that Builtall Construction bid submittal is non-responsive and reject bid. <br />4. Appropriate $150,000 from Districtwide Fund Balance to Conejo Creek West Dog <br />Park Improvement Project (account 62-803-811-81004-000). <br />5. As the lowest responsive bidder, award bid to FS Contractors, Inc., contingent <br />upon the execution of the release agreement with G2K Construction, Inc., for <br />$1,249,000 Base Bid, plus contingency in the amount of $79,000, totaling <br />$1,328,000 for construction of parking lot, landscaping, utility connections, pre- <br />fabricated restroom building, and shade structures. <br />
