The LMD includes a capital
improvement project fund.
The attached resolution provides for a noticed Public Hearing of this Board on May 20, 2021 at
6:00pm, to consider the ordering of the improvements and the levy of the proposed assessment.
The recommended assessment for LMD 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) provides for the maintenance and
operation of Rancho Conejo Playfield. As per the table below, the proposed assessment is
changing from $100.14 per benefit unit to $102.80 per benefit unit for FY 2021/22. Based on the
0.965% (capped at 5%) change in CPI from February 2020 to February 2021, the maximum
assessment rate within LMD 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) changes from $106.51 per benefit unit to
$107.54 per benefit unit.
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES
403 West Hillcrest Drive I Thousand Oaks, CA 91360-4223
(805) 495-6471 1 FAX: (805) 497-3199 1 Email: parks@crpd.org I Website: www.crpd.org
