Holt, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />The Board of Directors approve Resolution 040121-A, adopting a preliminary budget for FY 2021- <br />22, and authorize the General Manager to publish the notice of adoption. <br />DISCUSSION <br />The District is required to adopt a preliminary budget for next fiscal year. The preliminary budget <br />submitted for Board consideration is the FY 2020-21 adopted budget. The proposed budget will <br />be presented as year one of the FY 2021-22/2022-23 budget, currently under development. <br />This preliminary budget acts as a stimulus to begin the public hearing process. Public hearings <br />on the budget begin at the April 15th Board meeting and will be continued at each regularly <br />scheduled Board meeting until the final budget is adopted on June 17, 2021, as currently <br />scheduled. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />Meets Strategic Plan Vision Statement: In order to continue to serve our community and be <br />recognized as a top recreation and park district in the nation, we must be financially stable. <br />Submi by, <br />eli s ith, Administrator <br />Management Services <br />Attachments: 1.
