APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Berger, and carried 4-0 to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of March 22, 2001 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - C, Total $384,310.88 <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 3-0, with Berger <br />abstaining, to approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />T DEFERRED MATTERS <br />None <br />8. NEW ITEMS <br />A. Authorization To Execute Agreement For Provision Of A Summer <br />Recreation Program For City Of Westlake Village <br />Benton stated that this will be the 15th year the District has coordinated the <br />very successful program. <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0 to <br />authorize the General Manager to execute the agreement between the <br />City of Westlake Village and the District for provision of an afternoon <br />summer recreation program, and authorize staff to proceed with the <br />implementation of the program on a reimbursed cost basis. <br />B. Adoption Of Resolution Number 040501-A, A Resolution Approving <br />Application For Land And Water Conservation Funds <br />Sorensen provided background information, stated that the Master Plan has <br />been approved for the Southeast Quadrant of Conejo Creek Park, and <br />identified various site projects that will be considered for grant application. <br />
