%.*USTODIAL SERVICES CONTRAC <br />Amendment #5 1 <br />THIS AMENDMENT TO THE January 2017 CUSTODIAL SERVICES CONTRACT, <br />hereinafter called "Amendment #5", is made and entered into, by and between the Conejo <br />Recreation and Park District, hereinafter referred to as "Owner," and Excellent Building <br />Maintenance, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor." <br />TERM <br />The parties agree that by Amendment #5, the contract is extended from July 1, 2021 to <br />June 30, 2022. The contract may be extended based on the mutual agreement of both <br />parties for one more year beyond Amendment #5. <br />ADDITIONAL CUSTODIAL SERVICES <br />Effective July 1, 2021, the parties agree that by Amendment 5, additional custodial <br />services shall be provided by Contractor at the Alex Fiore Teen Center and Goebel Adult <br />Community Center as described below: <br />Empty all outdoor trash receptacles, including recycle bins. Replace all soiled liners. <br />Empty all outdoor trash receptacles, including recycle bins.
