I ANDSCAPE SERVICES CONTRACT <br />Amendment #1 <br />THIS AMENDMENT TO THE July 1, 2016 LANDSCAPE SERVICES CONTRACT, <br />hereinafter called "Amendment#1", is made and entered into, by and between the Conejo <br />Recreation and Park District, hereinafter referred to as "Owner," and Azteca Landscape, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Contractor." <br />The parties agree that by Amendment #1, the contract is extended from July 1, 2021 to <br />June 30, 2022. The contract may be extended based on the mutual agreement of both <br />parties for one more year beyond Amendment #1. <br />All other terms and conditions of the July 2016 LANDSCAPE SERVICES CONTRACT <br />apply. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment as of the date <br />written below. <br />Dated: <br />Jim Friedl, General Manager <br />Dated: By: <br />
