AWd <br />_ 1 <br />.5% <br />STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />Park Design <br />Conejo Community Center/Park <br />Staff has completed additional public outreach <br />meetings upon completion of the Schematic Phase. <br />Staff is currently working with the consultant team in <br />the Environmental Review and Design Development <br />phase of the project. For more information, visit our <br />website at vvww.crpd.org/cccproject. <br />Center Design & Renovation <br />Teen Center & Goebel Adult Center <br />Plans have been submitted for permits, including <br />renovation of restrooms at both centers, Adult <br />Center horseshoe pit area improvements, new <br />shaded outdoor fitness area, and Teen Center <br />improvements, including gym ceiling, kitchen <br />remodel, new programmable "backyard" of the <br />center building, multi -use court, shaded picnic area, <br />stage, skate plaza, passive seating, and outdoor <br />activity/classroom areas. The project bidding will <br />commence mid -2021 with construction to follow. <br />Meets 2021 Strategic Plan Goal 2.3: Maintain the 10 -Year Capital lmprovement Plan. Regularly <br />update the 10 -Year Capital Improvement Plan to prioritize projects and effectively plan and <br />allocate future resources. As capital funding allows, execute, implement and develop projects <br />each year in accordance with the plan.
