•• • Information <br />June 30, 2020 <br />The District adopts an annual budget on or before August 30. From the effective date of the <br />budget, the amounts stated as proposed expenditures become appropriations to the various <br />District departments. <br />The Board of Directors may amend the budget by motion during each fiscal year. The General <br />Manager is authorized to transfer funds from one major expenditure category to another within <br />the same department and fund. Any revisions that alter the total expenditures of any fund must <br />be approved by the Board of Directors. The original and revised budgets are presented for the <br />General Fund, Districtwide Assessment District Special Revenue Fund, Dos Vientos Assessment <br />District Special Revenue Fund, and Rancho Conejo Assessment District Special Revenue Fund <br />in the required supplementary information. <br />All appropriations lapse at the end of the fiscal year to the extent that they have not been <br />expended. <br />For the year ended June 30, 2020, there were no expenditures that exceeded the appropriations <br />in the General Fund or any of the major funds. <br />a <br />
