Retirement Enhancement Pension Plan (continued) <br />Employees covered <br />At June 30, 2020, the following employees were covered by the benefit terms for the Plan: <br />Inactive employees or beneficiaries currently receiving benefits <br />Inactive employees entitled to but not yet receiving benefits <br />Active employees <br />Total <br />Contributions <br />Plan <br />42 <br />68 <br />110 <br />The total plan contributions are determined through an annual actuarial valuation process. <br />The actuarially determined rate is the estimated amount necessary to finance the costs of <br />benefits earned by employees during the year, with an additional amount to finance any <br />unfunded accrued liability. The Retirement Enhancement pension plan is entirely District <br />funded. Employer Contributions to the Plan for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2020 were $0. <br />Retirement Enhancement net pension liability (total liability) <br />The District's net pension liability for the Plan is measured as the total pension liability, less <br />the pension plan's fiduciary net position.
