Holt, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />Nellie Cusworth, Director <br />GENERAL NIA HAGER EMERD T US <br />Tex Ward <br />SUBJECT: Board of D'�rectorS' Norms, GuideHneS, and Processes <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Consider, modify as necessary and approve the Board of Directors' N orms, Guidelines, and <br />Processes. <br />On ,duly I I , 2012, the Board of Directors unanimously approved the attached "norms," <br />"Guidelines," and "Processes" after considering and discussing these documents over several <br />meetings. Modifications to these documents have been made over the years.
