Holt, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />Nellie Cusworth, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />Approve the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MRCA) Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2020- <br />2021. <br />DISCUSSION <br />In accordance with Section 11.3 of the Joint Powers Agreement (JPA), the MRCA's Final Budget is <br />submitted to the District for approval. The Preliminary Budget was approved by the District at its June 18th <br />meeting. <br />The Final Budget is scheduled for adoption by the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy Board at it's <br />August 31 St meeting, by the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority at its September 2nd meeting <br />and by the Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District at its September 311 meeting. <br />Information on the Final Budget and the Final Budget itself are attached. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN <br />4.2 Develop, maintain and enhance relationships with ...
