Holt, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />Nellie Cusworth, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />Capi-Lal lrnpr©vement Program Projects State <br />Approve annual update to June 2011 Master 'glen. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Capital Improvement Program Projects <br />In Fiscal Year 2019-2020, the Board approved 36 projects; as of July 1, 2020: <br />o Twenty-six (26) are completed. <br />o Eight (8) are on progress and will be carried over to Fiscal Year 2020-2021. <br />• Two (2) will not be done. <br />• A total of $2,056,560 was expended for capita,� projects. <br />An Annual Master Plan Update (attached) with a spreadsheet titled "FINAL - 201912020 CAPITAL <br />PROJECTS"will be kept with the June 2011 Master 'plan; the Master Plan will be comprehensively <br />reviewed and updated, as needed, to better reflect the community as it changes and matures. <br />The entire June 2011 Master Plan is located at: <br />www.crpd.orgl201 I MasterPlan <br />The attached spreadsheet details each project, including information regarding the project <br />manager, location, description, budget, year-to-date expenditures, balance, percent expended <br />(financial information as of 7/1/20), and comments (as of 7/1/20).
