The attached Preliminary Budget is <br />scheduled to be approved by the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy and Rancho Simi <br />Recreation and Dark District at their June meetings, and was adopted by the MRCA Board at its <br />June meeting. <br />The preliminary budget submitted for consideration is the 2019-20 adopted budget, adjusted for <br />significant non-recurring items. This action provides authority for expenditures beginning July 1, <br />2020, while providing time for development of the final budget, currently underway.
