Fiscal Year 2019-2020 (Application) and Fiscal Year 2020-2021 (Project) The application period of the 11th cycle of the program completed May 1, 2020. From the applications and review by a staff committee, $135,767 will be granted from the available $100,000 in funds and the recommended appropriation from the SCE Settlement Funds. (Recommended allocation of the remaining SCE Settlement Funds — approximately $4.193M — will be brought to the Board for consideration in the near future). Projects receiving grants are for information only requiring no action by the Board of Directors; however, should the Board not appropriate the additional funds the committee will reconvene and prioritize the projects with the funds available. Regularly update the 10 -year Capital Improvement Plan to prioritize projects and effectively plan and allocate future resources. As capital funding allows, execute, implement, and develop projects each year in accordance with the plan. This Plan should include funds for accessibility improvements associated with park improvements. Update plan every two years as part of the Capital Budget process.
