Holt, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />Nellie Cusworth, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />SUBJECT: Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Resolution No. 052120-B Ordering the <br />Levy of the Annual Assessment for Landscape Maintenance District 92-1 <br />(Rancho Conejo) <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Adopt Resolution No. 052120-B ordering the levy of assessments for LIVID 92-1 (Rancho Conejo). <br />DISCUSSION <br />On April 16, 2020, the Board of Directors adopted a Resolution of Intention to levy the <br />assessments for LIVID 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) for the fiscal year 2020-21. The resolution set the <br />date, time and place for the Public Hearing required for the levy of the annual assessments. The <br />Notice of Public Hearing was published in the Thousand Oaks Acorn on Thursday, April 30, 2020. <br />Additional public notification of the District budgetary process was advertised in the District's <br />Summer Brochure. <br />The attached resolution confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report for LIVID 92-1 <br />(available online at www.crpa.orq/92-1ER2020) and confirms the levies contained therein.
