RESOLUTION NO. 050720-B <br />RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CONEJO RECREATION <br />AND PARK DISTRICT APPROVING THE NOMINATION OF DOUG NICKLES <br />FOR ELECTION TO THE CARPD BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />WHEREAS, the Conejo Recreation and Park District is a member in good standing with <br />the California Association of Recreation & Park Districts ("CARPD"); <br />WHEREAS, the annual election for the CARPD Board of Directors is currently scheduled <br />for May 28, 2020; <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Directors for Conejo Recreation and Park District desires to <br />submit a nominee to serve on the CARPD Board of Directors; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of Conejo <br />Recreation and Park District hereby authorizes the nomination of Doug Nickles for <br />election to the CARPD Board of Directors in the position of Director at Large. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED, by the Board of Directors of Conejo Recreation and Park <br />District in Thousand Oaks on May 7, 2020. <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />ABSENT: <br />Jim Friedl, General Manager <br />ATTEST: <br />Aline Reynders, Executive Assistant <br />
