ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION

CRPD Update regarding COVID-19 Local Emergency

Friedl provided an overview of recent events regarding the District’s response to the COVID-19 Local
Emergency, which began on March 4th when the Governor declared a State of Emergency in
California. Callis referenced the Virtual Recreation Center available on the CRPD website. Friedl
emphasized the fluid nature of the emergency; he will keep the Board members apprised of future
updates.

9. NEW ITEMS

A. Resolution 040220-A Requesting Consolidation of CRPD Election with November 3,
2020 General Election

Friedl reported this resolution is necessary to be filed with the County of Ventura in order
to consolidate the CRPD election with the County.
