AFFIDAVIT FOR THE ENGINEER'S ANNUAL LEVY REPORT <br />CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 94-1 <br />This Report describes the District and any relevant zones therein including the <br />improvements, budgets, parcels and assessments to be levied for fiscal year 2020/2021, <br />as they existed at the time of the passage of the Resolution of Intention. Reference is <br />hereby made to the Ventura County Assessor's maps for a detailed description of the <br />lines and dimensions of parcels within the District.
