*IW I LLDAN <br />Constitution, the Implementation Act and the 1972 Act collectively are hereinafter referred <br />to as "Assessment Law". Pursuant to Assessment Law, the proposed assessment to be <br />levied each year may be increased based upon the formula previously approved without <br />undertaking further assessment ballot proceedings. Accordingly, the assessments <br />established and approved for this District includes a provision for an annual increase to <br />the maximum assessment rate based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) to reflect <br />normal cost of living increases to maintain the District improvements, but this annual <br />adjustment shall not be more than 5 percent a year. <br />2020/2021 Landscape Maintenance District No. 94-1 Page 2 of 21 <br />
