Holt, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />Nellie Cusworth, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />A mid -year review of the FY 2019-20 budget has been completed. The adjustments noted below <br />and on the attachment are recommended: <br />General Fund <br />Recognize $18,000 in Miscellaneous Revenue and appropriate same to the Hillcrest Center Work <br />Center. As part of CRPD moving its copier fleet to Konica, Konica was required to buy out the <br />remaining contracts on two Ricoh copiers. Konica paid CRPD $18,000; CRPD will pay off the <br />Ricoh contracts. <br />Recognize $5,000,000 in Operating Transfer In revenue from the Pension Stabilization fund and <br />appropriate same in Operating Transfer Out reflecting monies sent to PARS. The funds were <br />inadvertently sent out of the General Fund rather than directly out of the Pension Stabilization <br />fund. There is no offsetting budget adjustment in the Pension Stabilization Fund, as it is not a <br />budgeted fund. <br />Capital Projects Fund <br />Appropriate $30,000 from Fund Balance as follows: <br />$20,000 to the Rancho Conejo Play Area Project, from $300,000 to $320,000. Additional funds <br />for unforeseen site conditions. <br />$10,000 to the Rancho Conejo Trash Enclosure Project, from $50,000 to $60,000.
