The preliminary budget <br />submitted for Board consideration is the 2020-21 budget as adopted by the Board as year 2 of <br />the 2 -year budget in June 2019. <br />This preliminary budget acts as a stimulus to begin the public hearing process. Public hearings <br />on the budget will be held at the Board meetings on April 2, 2020, April 16, 2020, May 7, 20207 <br />May 21, 2020, June 4, 2020 and June 18, 2020, when the final budget will be adopted, as currently <br />scheduled. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />Meets Strategic Plan Vision Statement: In order to continue to serve our community and be <br />recognized as to - recreation and park district in the nation, we must be financially stable. <br />Submitted by, <br />Sh ryl Lewan- <br />Adml ra or, Management Services <br />Attachments: 1.
