CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />February 20, 2020 <br />6:00 PM <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Nickles called the meeting to order at 6:02 pm and Kouba led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Cusworth, Holt, Huffer, Nickles <br />Directors Absent: Lange <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis, Hare and Lewanda and <br />Administrative Assistant Foster <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />COSCA Rangers <br />Kouba, Park Superintendent, led a presentation detailing the history and scope of work of <br />the COSCA Rangers. Pace, Lead Ranger, as well as Park Rangers Bertilson, Smith, Stead, <br />McGurk, and Neary each shared details of their own professional backgrounds. Each of the <br />Directors thanked the Rangers for attending the meeting and sharing their impressive and <br />extensive backgrounds. <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Huffer, and carried 4-0 to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A.
