ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Cusworth, Huffer, Lange, Nickles <br />Directors Absent: Holt <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis, Hare and Lewanda and <br />Executive Assistant Reynders <br />Aquatics — Staff Recruitment and Retention <br />Dee Pearson, Aquatics Supervisor, introduced Xavier Volgenau, Pool Operator/Manager. <br />Volgenau's presentation centered on the Aquatics Department's endeavors to both recruit <br />and retain staff. He and Pearson answered Board members' questions; they were <br />thanked for their informative presentation. <br />Gary Hartung expressed concerns about the community pool at CLU and would like to <br />see the pool converted to an indoor pool. <br />Chris Clericuzio would like to see changes made to the field allocation process for <br />soccer fields. <br />Mari Fleming suggested CRPD host a local dance party with a D. <br />•�������li'll�� 1 1 '11IR A :3L <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Cusworth, and carried 4-0 to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />• <br />
