As <br />part of the 2019-2020 CIP budget, the Board has approved 34 projects. <br />There are also 31 "Major Repair" projects for a total of 65. <br />This is an information only report requiring no action by the Board of Directors. The attached <br />spreadsheet details each project, including information regarding the project manager, location, <br />description, budget, year-to-date expenditures, balance, percent expended (financial information <br />as of 1/1/20), and comments (as of 1/23/20).
