CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br /> <br />Lange called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm and Huffer led the flag salute. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Directors Present: Cusworth, Huffer, Lange, Nickles <br /> <br />Directors Absent: Holt <br /> <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis, Hare and Lewanda and <br />Executive Assistant Reynders <br /> <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br /> Aquatics – Staff Recruitment and Retention <br /> <br />Dee Pearson, Aquatics Supervisor, introduced Xavier Volgenau, Pool Operator/Manager. <br />Volgenau’s presentation centered on the Aquatics Department’s endeavors to both recruit <br />and retain staff. He and Pearson answered Board members’ questions; they were <br />thanked for their informative presentation. <br /> <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br /> <br />Gary Hartung expressed concerns about the community pool at CLU and would like to <br />see the pool converted to an indoor pool. <br /> <br />Chris Clericuzio would like to see changes made to the field allocation process for <br />soccer fields. <br /> <br />Mari Fleming suggested CRPD host a local dance party with a DJ. <br /> <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br /> It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Cusworth, and carried 4-0 to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br /> <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR
