AMENDMENT#3 <br />Contract for Services <br />Between the <br />Conejo Recreation and Park District <br />and <br />FS Contractors, Inc. <br />This Amendment #3 to the June 2016 Contract for Services (CONTRACT) is entered <br />into by and between Conejo Recreation & Park District ("CRPD") on the one hand, and <br />FS Contractors, Inc.
