Smith had no report at this time but allowed Berry to announce her <br />retirement from the Commission at this time. <br />B. Vice President -As Reported by Cleary <br />No Report. <br />C. Secretary -As Reported by Martinich <br />1. No Commission/Programs/Publicity meetings in November. <br />a. Next meetings will be on December 11. <br />D. Treasurer- As reported by Basilio <br />1. Treasurer's Report and Asset Sheet: <br />a. Assets: $412,538.92 <br />b. GSCC Account: $35,339.36 <br />c. Bingo Account: $51,510.98 <br />2. One West Bank CDs that matured in September were moved to <br />Citibank at a 2% interest rate and a $2,000 bonus. <br />E. Executive Committee -As reported by Smith <br />No Report. <br />F. Budget and Finance Committee- As reported by Reuben <br />1. Reviewed budget from the two previous months. <br />2. Committee will meet on November 19 but not in December. <br />G.
