Holt, Director <br />Nellie Cusworth, Director <br />Doug Nickles, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />DATE: December 5, 2019 <br />TO: Board of Directors <br />FROM: Jim Friedl, General Man <br />SUJECT: CONFIRMATION OF BO RD AP OINTMENTS AND ASSIGNMENTS <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Confirm, modify, add or delete committee assignments as appropriate. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Traditionally, at this time of year, the Board conducts its annual organizational meeting. <br />Board appointments and assignments are reviewed by the Board annually at a CRPD Board <br />meeting (typically during or soon after the annual reorganization meeting), although the majority <br />of the Board may amend the appointments and assignments at any time. <br />Under the category "Fixed Term Appointments" CRPD has Directors on the Conejo Open Space <br />and Conservation Agency (COSCA). The agreement creating the Conejo Open Space <br />Conservation Agency (COSCA) provides that members of the COSCA Board serve 4 -year terms <br />at the pleasure of their appointing body and until their respective successors are appointed and <br />qualified.
