Holt, Director <br />Nellie Cusworth, Director <br />Doug Nickles, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />Select a Director to serve as a Chair and another Director to serve as Vice -Chair during the 2020 <br />calendar year. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Annually, the Board of Directors selects one of its members to serve as Chairperson to run Board <br />meetings and be the primary speaker on behalf of the District at various functions throughout <br />the year.
