Award purchase in the total amount of $175,479.29 to Fairview Ford as follows: • One (1) 2020 Y2 -Ton Extended Cab 4X2 Truck in the amount of $26,594.00 • One (1) 2020 1/ -Ton Extended Cab 4X2 Truck in the amount of $27,096.00 • One (1) 2020 3/ -Ton Extended Cab 4X4 Truck in the amount of $29,896.00 • One (1) 2020 %-Ton Regular Cab 4X2 Utility Bed Truck in the amount of $32,994.00 • One (1) 2020 1 -Ton Van with a 14 Foot Box Body in the amount of $46,993.00 • Tire fees ($47.25) and sales tax ($11,859.04) Funds are available in the Equipment Reserve Fund. 2. Award purchase in the total amount of $163,133.00 to Altec Capital Services as follows: • One (1) 2019 Ford F-550 With Altec AT48S Aerial Lift in the amount of $163,133.00 through the State of California Contract (#4-02-23-0013A). Funds are available in the Equipment Reserve Fund. DISCUSSION Five Vehicle Purchase One (1) 2020 %-Ton Extended Cab 42 Truck will replace current asset #P0213, a 2013 Ford F-150 Extended Cab 4X2. Asset #P0213 has reached the end of its life cycle and requires replacement. One (1) 2020 3/4 -Ton Extended Cab 4x2 Truck will replace current asset #P0212, a 2013 Chevrolet 250OHD Extended Cab 4x2 Truck. Asset #P0212 has reached the end of its life cycle and requires replacement.
