Holt, Director <br />Nellie Cusworth, Director <br />Doug Nickles, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />DATE: September 5, 2019 <br />TO: Board of Directors <br />FROM: Jim Friedl, General Manag <br />SUBJECT: Annual Master Plan Upd d Capital Improvement Program Projects Status <br />Report for Fiscal Year 2018-2019 <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve annual update to June 2011 Master Plan. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Capital Improvement Program Projects <br />In Fiscal Year 2018-2019, the Board approved 26 projects; as of July 1, 2019: <br />• Twenty-two (22) are completed, <br />• Four (4) are in progress and will be carried over to Fiscal Year 2019-2020, <br />• A total of $3,377,935 was expended for capital projects. <br />An Annual Master Plan Update (attached) with a spreadsheet titled "FINAL - 201872019 CAPITAL <br />PROJECTS"will be kept with the June 2011 Master Plan; the Master Plan will be comprehensively <br />reviewed and updated, as needed, to better reflect the community as it changes and matures. <br />The entire June 2011 Master Plan is located at: <br />www.crpd.org/2011 MasterPlan <br />The attached spreadsheet details each project, including information regarding the project <br />manager, location, description, budget, year-to-date expenditures, balance, percent expended <br />(financial information as of 711/19), and comments (as of 711119).
