CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />June 20, 2019 <br />7:00 PM <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Huffer called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. and Cusworth led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Cusworth, Holt, Huffer, Lange, Nickles <br />Directors Absent: <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis, Hare, and Lewanda, <br />and Executive Assistant Reynders <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />Conejo Valley Historical Society <br />Bert Weyl, President of the Conejo Valley Historical Society, thanked CRPD Directors and <br />employees for their support. He highlighted the current repairs and modifications that have <br />been made to the Stagecoach Inn over the last year and also reviewed future plans for the <br />museum. Weyl answered Board member's questions and he was thanked for his <br />informative presentation. <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to approve the agenda as <br />revised, i.e., move agenda Items 9A, 9B and 9C ahead of Item 7A. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes of June 6, 2019 Regular Meeting <br />B. Approval of Warrants <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $606,435.40 <br />Payroll $472,000.00 <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried "to approve the Consent <br />Calendar as presented. <br />
